Sit down and enjoy a dram with our friend who is new to the pub, Deacon David Bourrier, also known as Captain Bourrier in the Royal Canadian Air Force. One of the many areas of responsibility Captain David has had in his military service was working with NORAD on tracking Santa Claus in California for the children of deployed parents.
Deacon David was able to participate in the Mass on the feast of St. Joseph at Saint Joseph’s Oratory with Bishop Scott McCaig presiding. Deacon David lists the titles he goes by; naming those most precious to him: Disciple of Christ, Father, and Husband.
As an ordained minister of the Church he sees and experiences that if a man isn’t leading his family to church, he’s leading them out of it.
Join us in getting to know this man of faith who encourages us to take the time to be silent and to listen to the small voice of God in our hectic and busy lives.
