Army leadership begins with what the leader must Be—the values and attributes that shape character. It may be helpful to think of these as internal and defining qualities you possess all the time. Your character is who you are and informs everything you do and ask others to do. Second Session - Do you have what it takes? by Nathan Crankfield

This is a question we all yearn to know the answer to. Men are created with an innate desire to be capable, to be dangerous, to be good enough. The problem with many in our society today is that we feel entitled to being considered good without putting in the hard work. Greatness demands formation, and formation requires discipline and faith. In this talk, you will learn what it takes to succeed at being the man God created you to be.

Third Session - Six lessons from the U.S. Army Ranger Creed that will make you a frontline leader by Marek Rudak
Leadership takes place in action. While character and knowledge are necessary, by themselves, they are not enough. Leaders cannot be effective until they apply what they know. In this talk, you will pick up practical lessons from the Ranger Creed that will transform you into a frontline leader at home, work, and your community.
