The following Parish Leader Training Series will guide new leaders through the steps to launch a Dynamic Men’s Group and at the same time strengthen core teams who will lead the effort. This series can also be used by existing core teams who are looking for new ideas to refresh their groups. The series comprises eight videos with accompanying scripts.
The documents are a compilation of highlights from the books No Man Left Behind and Forming Intentional Disciples by Sherry Weddell. Each video/script highlights either the framework of building a ministry for men or a key element of discipleship. Both the framework and discipleship form two key aspects of helping leaders effectively launch and strengthen Dynamic Men’s Groups.
It is suggested that leaderss use these videos/scripts with the core teams they are leading. Core Teams are strongly encouraged to read through the scripts and then discuss the questions at the end. This is a good way of reinforcing the key points of each lesson.
