Deacon Michal shares with us the lessons about death and dying he has learned by ministering as chaplain to a senior living facility. If we wait to the last moment to die well, we will fail. Dying well is a result of the daily practice of living well. The last years of our life should be preparing for the end of our lives. Our retirement years should be spent recollecting on how we have lived, and how we need to change. If you need to reconcile with family member, don’t wait- do this today. If we need to go to confession, do this today! Deacon Michael implores not to put off these very important deeds.
